Well I am back - oh dear - after getting reasonably close to what I wanted to be I have come back bigger than ever. I now weigh 12 and a half stone and feel disgusting. I feel that people are looking at me differently and that no-one would ever want to touch me or go near me.

So I have literally decided to starve myself to take the weight off.

I ate 819 calories yesterday and I have consumed 86 so far today in the form of a scotch pancake. I am planning on having a portion of homemade chicken curry later which is on average 600 calories. I want to see if I can only consume between 800 and 850 a day.

I am a size 14 (admittedly 16 on a bad day) and I really want to be a 10/12 - how long if I stick to this would it take do people feel? Also I am finding the hard part is keeping it off. I get used to feeling okay and slip into my old ways. Anyone know how I can stop this?

I am moving to Australia in May so think that maybe I can change my habits over there but who knows?!

How is everyone else getting on?
