Yehey, lost another 4 pounds.... Been busy for a week because did lots of work, training and diet.... So proud of myself.... :D

I feel so hungry and now, I have stomach pain.... I don't want to eat our food because its greasy and unhealthy.... The weather is not good as well so I can't buy some food outside so there's no other choice but not too eat.... Guess, I have to find a way to find some distraction so I won't think about food or feel hungry.....

Due to my busy schedule, now, I have lost four pounds. Actually, I only eat less carbohydrates, and drink lots of water even though, I did tried to drink diet soda but suddenly, I began to vomit it. I don't understand at first because that was the first time that really happened to me. My friend told me that maybe, I was pregnant but I don't think that's true because I don't see any signs and symptoms of pregnancy. So, I consulted one of my friends and she told me that there's nothing wrong about me, its just that my body is the one who rejects the food that I eat most especially if its too much sugar or salty foods. I shouldn't have to be surprised if this happen because it means that my diet worked after all. So, 2 pounds to go.... :)

My friend told me I consumed too much carbohydrates today... I only have to take carbohydrates during breakfast; lunch and dinner should be rich in protein, vitamins and fiber.... Have to start my diet from scratch just "Always remember her tips if I want to reach my goals..." #sigh
