i feel like i've slacked off today. i did not work out. and i snuck in a little bit chocolate peanut m&m's which i feel guilty about. I stuck to the rest of my diet besides that. I hungout with a casual friend today. Which made me rather happy. When i'm happy i feel comfortable with myself so i want to eat. But i tried to resist temptation. Except for the m&ms snuck in there. Anyone else ever struggle like this :/ ?

Today Tuesday, October 13th. I had my first day of gym class this year. It was really fun we played a game based around soccer, except we changed up the rules. And made it more of a challenge. This is only my second day on my diet. And i have had no urges to cheat yet, thank god. <3 lots of success on the way hopefully. I decided not to weigh myself but once a week to kind of lower my obsession. So i dont weigh in until next monday hopefully i've lost some lbs by then <3 have a nice day everyone!

Today I woke up and realized that i was infact becoming apart of the "overweight crowd" i didnt panic, or cry then binge (which makes no sense) like i usually do. I took a deep breath. Tried to come up with some supportive people, (my mother) who felt the same way about themselves and now. we're on track starting today. We plan to stick to eating right and begin exercising frequently. Wish me luck, i'll constantly be checking in. so feel free to be supportive. <3 i'll be more then willing to.
