The detox is coming to an end and I'm happy with the waterloss. Onward to healthier eating from Sunday.

This is steady progress and I'm actually amazed at the loss. I'm beginning to feel lighter too! I'm coping well with my detox plan and I'm looking forward to starting the GI diet next week. I CAN DO THIS!

Day 2 beginning (06h50)
I survived Day 1 and recorded a 400g loss, which is a great motivator to keep on going in order to get past this week and kick off to a sustainable weight regime. I'll update later after I've been through the entire day 2.

Day one CSD today, as a kick start to a low GI lifestyle change. i've successfully lost 40kg 6 months ago but my sedentary lifestyle and stress have caused the weight to creep back on.
Breakfast:
1 cup green tea
1 peach
1 apple
Snack: strawberry smoothie made with 240ml skim milk and fresh strawberry's in a blender.
Lunch: 1 bowl cabbage soup
Snack: 1 papaya
Dinner: 2 bowls cabbage soup
Snack: May have a few slices watermelon.
Loads of green tea and water throughout the day.
Comment: I feel a bit gassy but I'm satisfied and not hungry. Probably a little cranky but I'm sure I'll overcome it by the morning. Looking forward to day 2! :-)
