Weekly weigh in. The honeymoon is over 😭, I knew it was coming. I am one of those ppl that after the initial 2 months of dropping fast I slow to a such a crawl pace a turtle looks like a sprinter 😁. This is okay it is still going down!!!
Non scale victory!!! My size 16 jeans fit nicely. I am one that refuses to lay on the bed or stuff fat rolls in to make something fit. Today I tried on a pair they slid up no sucking in nothing. So that is progress. I will take it.
Today's dinner will be an adventure, making pot roast, then going to try gravy with Glouccoman (sp?). With my standby Cauliflower, s/f cold packed pickled asparagus.
Today outside of cow checking, deep house cleaning, so I can get back downstairs and be lazy tomorrow after chores with quilting.
Thank you all that support me, your encouragement means the world.
Have a lovely day!!!

Ever have a day, when you wake up starving!!!
Well as my dad says "my fat was crying that
it needed to be fed". I did!! It took every bit of will power and determination to NOT attack all the high fat/ high carb food hubby has on hand. But I didn't I just groused as I was tossing bales to feed cattle. Had my coffee then thinking ok I am not hungry anymore worked off that craving Wrong!!!
Calving season is upon us so meals are grab as you go. I realized around 1 pm I am going to just fix my dinner for lunch. It was wonderful,
I no longer wanted hubby's junk food. I feel like a super hero!!! Didn't touch anything off plan.
I am liking this switch I have done of only weighing in 1 time a week. So have no clue if I have lost this week. Will find out on Friday.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Today marks 60 days doing locarb. I have officially lost 20.4 pounds in 2 months. Loosing weight is a side perk for this way of life. This has been such a wonderful change for me.
My blood sugars are back where they belong.
My Blood Pressure is fantastic.
I have had 2 headaches in 60 days. Where before it was counting days of when I didn't have a headache.
My aches and pains, have receded to the point I don't remember the last time I took an anti inflammatory.
I have energy when I wake up, I feel like a whole new person.
With calving season upon us, I may not get in here to chart everyday, I Do write everything I eat or drink. I do keep to my goals
I have found a sweet goto sugarfree meringue cookies. One egg white 17 cal., 7 grams of protein, .34 carbs. A win win situation for me.
Here is to the next 30 days of clean eating, starting bedding plants in the house, calving season.

losing 1.1 lb a week

Today was a busy day, traveling, stopped into my favourite quiltshop. Wonderful visit with the ladies, picked up needed supplies, exchanged a range of ideas.
Then had a picnic with hubby in the park, snow is melting there is a hint of Spring in the air, all of 51 degrees.
All in all it was a wonderful day!!!
Nice drop this week on the scale also, I have decided to weigh 8n just once a week less stressful of the daily did I drop or did I bounce? So if I lose a pound a week I am a happy camper.
I was asked to post a picture of a quilt this one is for a great grandson due in June.

Today is so much better than yesterday already!!!
Woke up yesterday with a nasty head cold. I know I didn't eat off plan just couldn't be bothered to chart it.
Today cold meds working, so made homemade chicken soup for lunch. It was delish.
Hubby making sliders for dinner using keto buns we made and he wants to try his hand at Jicama fries.
Another nice drop. So keeping to goal and a bit more of 1- 2lb a week.
