Had a very late start today, I'll just think Positive and say I meant to sleep in and it was AWESOME!!! Heh. So I grabbed a bite to eat, drank some water and washed down a Tylenol extra strength X 2 and headed to the gym. Did 12 min on the Treadmill on 2.8 Miles an hour, listened to some music. I switched to the elliptical and managed 7 Min stuck to it till my legs were shaking, I figured I should stop then cause I don't think the tiny girl working there could lifted me off the floor even if she tried. Drove home all sweaty and feeling quite accomplished :D I know my body won't start burning fat till after 40 min of cardio or something like that, and that's got me a bit down. So for now I'll keep telling myself I'm just getting my body ready to burn fat.

So here's a question that I just wondered about: I never really drank water at all before 3 days ago. Three days ago I drank like probably to much cause i was all excited about losing weight and i needed to drink water, I drank so much i felt sick. Anyways, so the second day i drank lots fo water too...going to the restroom bathroom little girls room the John! Alot. But I wasn't thirsty that day either, it was like this chorse to swallow. Now today Im walking around thirsty ...like I feel dehydrated....Why???

Ahhh... another day another tune... Actually thats what I have to do today as well.
So, I signed up for the gym, * faints* I got this. I bought an Ipod and a headset and a gym towel, I think i have what i need. The girls there seemed really nice, given I was skeptical at first, I hate gyms, they are busy and full of hot guys I'll never have a chance with. ha! ( Not that I need a chance with them cause I happen to have the hottest red headed boyfriend in the world. ) So I actually should love the gym...cause its all like eye candy. Yay for positive thinking. So now that my legs are shaking and my sister barked at me for only ingesting 1000 calories a day since we started, I have to eat more....how ironic is that, eat more to lose weight. *shrugs* I'm sore and thirsty....Gah. So starting tomorrow, its to the gym everyday at 12:00 Noon. ....I got this....:/

It's 1 am in the morning...( Insert that cakey 5 O'clock in da mornin tune here) ...okay...sighs...must write so I don't wanna eat, this is good. I read on someone's journal that journals are for me, and anyone who happens in on it, well lets just say they enter at their own risk.
Dear Diary, thank you for being here I needed to freshen up on my typing skills and the such. Today I pee'd more then I think I have in months, Ha! Go me for actually drinking water for once in my life. I have set my goal to not eat more then 1600 calories in a 24 hour period, so far I've kept it at under 1000 but I am a bit concerned that I feel tired and most of my diet circle pie says carbs, but I haven't had any starches at all...mostly just vegetables raw or boiled. I'll look into that later. I watched prison break again tonight, that was good. Someone added me as a buddy here, woot. :D Right then, I feel better now...thank you Journal.
