Okay... The last 2 days Keto did not exist in my vocabulary.. Sushi Saterday night, Sunday I had a piece of melktert and boerewors rolls with real rolls, im not exited to weigh in this Wednesday....

expected a little bit more (but this is 5 days afters the previous weigh in, not 7) and I think the weight strength training is also putting on some mucsle mass at the same time that I am burning fat with my Keto and Cardio.. Maybe I should try doing HIIT training in the mornings because I only go gym after work... That should help things along (^_^)

OMW! the crunch of that pork belly was so satisfying havent had a crunchy thing since I started with keto, also it uped my fats nicely... I may have had a little to much but atleast Im still under my daily Cals..

Yess!! First weigh in after 7 days, so happy with my first weeks progress, hitting the Gym when I rather wanted to chill after work really paid off and not eving mentioning the cravings for carbs I had to ressist after starting with Keto (o_0)
