No Coffee
So I went without coffee today. I won't have time until the weekend to try everyone's suggestions on brands that are great for black coffee. So I instead went with a scoop of Pure Pro powder mixed with some Almond milk. I'm no thrilled with the amount of carbs and sodium in the almond milk... but I still like it. Currently, I prefer it over whole milk.
I want to start weighing myself daily. I don't have a scale at home, but we have one at work. I should have one this weekend. Weighing at work will obviously not be a 'first-thing-in-the-morning' weight, but the numbers are still so nice!! I weigh the least on Mondays, through Wednesdays and love those numbers :P
Official weigh in, however, is Saturdays.
**EDIT** Hit my next milestone of 273. I weighed in at 271 today... However, it doesn't actually count, because only the Saturday Weigh-In really matters. So, will adjust my goal on Saturday if I'm able to. Next milestone is.....hmmm.. it's in my bio, will have to look and see.. :)
**EDIT AGAIN** Ok, checked my journal.... if this weight sticks til Saturday :) that's 5% of my bodyweight lost. Next goal/milestone will be 262.4 which would then be 25lbs.

Wow.. Made it through!! It was a rough weekend! I was on the edge for a while there :P I wanted to binge SOOO BAD!! I wanted FRIED CHICKEN!!! Not just any fried chicken, I wanted Popeye's I wanted KFC, I wanted the whole bucket!! So I googled what my cravings meant... and from the results..figured I needed some fat.. so, I added some Avocado to my dinner... That cured the chicken cravings.. but I wanted MORE!!! I wanted to feel STUFFED!!! I didn't binge, but I did use half my extra weekly WW allotment to eat a Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate bar that I dipped in Peanut Butter (2 TB) with some Vanilla Flavored Almond Milk. I'm telling you, this is sometimes harder than when I quit smoking. But.. Just as I did that.. I can do this!! Today, things are much better. It seems that just absolutely have to have some foods every day, such as hard boiled eggs and almonds, and my body remains satisfied. I haven't had my eggs in a few days cause I didn't go shopping. Boiling them up tonight!

Let's balance our checkbooks!!
Let's say.. I make $100 today. Out of that $100 I have to put aside $50 for rent, $10 for gas, $15 for utilities, $5 Savings, $20 for student loans.
So now.. let's imagine that I see a purse I want. Ohhhh it's nice.. It's Cognac Leather.. Triple Zip.. Gorgeous.. How much is it? I dunno! But I want it... !! So I splurge, and I get it... Now... what happened to my budget? What do I have for rent? Turns out, that purse put me into so much debt... I'm screwed..
Now.. Let's say I get 1200 calories per day. My BMR is about 1400... I can have 250 for breakfast, 250 for luch, 500 for dinner, 200 for snacks. This is my budget. Now what happens when I see that slice of cake everyone else is eating at the party? Ohhh, it's so noice!! Chocolate.. with creamy chocolate frosting... How many calories is it? I dunno, but I want it!!
Do I want to ruin my budget and just take it.. putting myself in debt with the calorie police? or do I want to stay on budget.. balancing my checkbook...
One things for sure.. I don't want to be adding anymore savings to my fat banks...
