I actually received the DVDs on Friday and started today (sunday) that way my day off would be Saturday. Wow, the ab ripper x kicked my butt! I am really looking forward to seeing my day 1 vs day 30 pictures after making better eating choices and these daily work outs. Depending on how I am after 30 days I might switch over from the classic to the doubles program.
