49 year old mother of two - gained 30lbs over last 2-3 years because of lack of exercise- work mainly seated and huge tendency to navigate internet for hours- gave up smoking recently and now trying to get healthy-
had tried many diets over the years- when did not need them and have damaged my metabolism (I think and if such thing exists)-
Now trying to make a lifestyle change eating less carbs and more fat-
my diet plan would be to eat a couple of eggs and butter or coconut oil in the morning-Big leafy salad with tuna or chicken for lunch and steak/fish etc..with vegetables doused in butter for supper- berries and 35% cream is my favorite desert.
Exercise: get walking more- walk to work and from (20 minutes each way) and more in spring and summer.
Sleep: no problem getting all the sleep I need- although harder these days to fall asleep on keto diet
