So a fresh start and new aims, I'm aiming to get back to 115lb (52kg) by the end of May. It's only 6lb away so not too far and very achievable in 2 months.

The main challenge for me is not losing the weight but maintaining it once I'm there. So a second challenge is to stay below 116lb until at least the end of August.

I'm not currently doing the whole 30 diet but I am doing a reduced version of it. I'm only eating food that I've prepared from scratch and no dairy, limited gluten and as little sugar as I can manage.

It's been hard at times but it seems to be working and I feel better too.

Back from holiday and not lost anything for a month. I'm going to try to do the whole 30 diet starting in two weeks time to get on track and to break my eating prepared food and snacking.

I'm currently working on eating up all the things I won't be able to eat during it so they won't be in the house when I can't have them.

It's going to be hard but I think good.

Ugh! Back up here again. I really need to get a check of things and get back on track.
I'm on holiday in two weeks time and my aim was to be 118 then which isn't going to happen now. My new aim is for 121 before then which I think is achievable if I keep my diet on point and increase my exercise back to full levels.
