Oops, not paying attention today.
Dr. appointment yesterday confirmed hyperthyroidism! On meds again after trying so hard to get off all. At least there is a reason for the fatigue and muscle weakness and the meds should help recovery. I’m looking forward to feeling better

Not a great day. Found out I have hyperthyroidism and need to take a medication for it. I had weaned myself off all meds and dropped 15 pounds since New Year. Oh well, keep on going!
