I've been under a lot of stress and busy with life but hope to make time for a bike ride this morning and evening. I also plan on fasting for dinner. This should help get things back on track.

Feeling good about the weight loss, not a lot of hunger as I'm eating quality keto oriented foods, low glycemic. Garlic and butter red shrimp with brocolli for lunch today. I will go for a bike ride by the beach and hit the gym equipment and clean out the garage today.
