I've been so frustrated I haven't even been weighing myself. It's killing me. I just can't seem to motivate myself out to the gym without my school-year schedule. It's driving me nuts, eating well has panned itself out, fortunately. Lots of salads and lean meat. I want to be at least half-way to my goal before we go to the beach at the end of July. Somehow I've managed to acquire a new male. He's supportive of my desire to lose some weight for my health, but thinks I look alright as I am. That's sort of nice, in and of itself. My handicap gets in the way of my dating (my crutch discourages some people the first time they see it)I don't always need it, but if I go without it for too long I might find myself couch ridden the next day. I've been told that persevering and gently building muscle around my injuries will expand the amount of time I can go without this embarrassing orthopedic device, so why am I finding it so hard to go to the gym? It doesn't make any sense, I have so much to gain by just doing it.
