I keep seeing people saying they've been on a "plateau" for one week. My weight has been the same since last March. That's FOUR MONTHS. I mean, it's gone up or down a couple of pounds here or there, but on the whole... it's the same. I need to start up counting calories again and switch up my exercise... where's my motivation gone? I feel so tired lately. And not to mention ITCHY. I'm allergic to something. It's terrible. The moment I start to do anything I get this itchy feeling and need to scratch. I hope it stops soon!

I am having such a hard time getting to my goal weight! I've been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months now (I think). That's a really crappy plateau. Well, I guess I can only blame myself... my exercise has been kinda crappy. I've been EXTREMELY tired as of late, so I've been waking up later, and I don't like to work out in front of my family so I guess I haven't been getting as much in. I hate being stuck at this weight!
