Down a couple, but, gosh...I've been stagnating here for awhile. I need to get motivated again to make a few more changes. Step one. Be on fatsecret a little more! It helps me stay connected and conscientious!

Down a little...slow going. Don't think I will make my goal for Christmas. But, I don't know why, I'm feeling okay about this. Eating well for the most part, but need to move more. I think this acceptance thing is going well for me. I'm comfortable with where I'm at right now and don't feel a sense of urgency to change or to beat myself up when I don't live up to my expectations. Concentrating on my happiness being connected to other things besides how much I weigh. And, by doing that, I'm losing weight without really trying...it's just slow. And I'm okay with that.

Slow and steady. I'd like to be to 200 by the holidays. I don't think that's too much to ask. I haven't been working out, so I'm adding that in this week. Getting excited to getting moving again.

It's pretty obvious I haven't been on here for a long time. But I was thrilled to see that I have actually lost 18lbs since my last check-in. Granted, that was probably two years ago...but it's nice to see the scale go down instead of up. I guess my commitment to live healthy and not stress over a diet has paid off. I hope it continues to do so. I would like to reach 210 by the end of July. But I'm not going to stress over it. It's all about balance.
