First Time Post- Need some suggestions to get to goal
Hello Everyone! First let me start by saying that I have been a member since January 2014 and have been reading posts but have not submitted any journal entries. I wanted to reach out for some advice. I have lost about 50 pounds since January 2014 and have about 20 pounds to go to get to my goal weight. However, I notice that I am getting closer the weight is coming off slower and want to try different things out and was looking for suggestions. Currently I consume about 1400 calories a day, walk 35-40 minutes on my treadmill at a speed of 4.5mph and do weights for my arms (trying to get rid of the flab under the arms) and also do about 150-200 crunches a day to work on my tummy. While I have definetly noticed a difference in my tummy I am still seeing some extra weight hanging around that I would love to have gone. Any suggestions on ways to help would be great. Thanks in Advance!
