Induction - not working like it used to.
I noticed the same things with the bars (and shakes). If I stick with real food (especially prepared myself) I tend to have better results. My thought is the net carbs might not blast your blood sugar as much but the increased carb level still hurts you when you are in induction.

Love this site & calorie counter for android
Hi all - Just completed 2 wks of Induction on Monday. Lost 6 lbs. Woo hoo! 15 or 20 years ago I lost 7 lbs during the 2 week induction. Guess that is verification that as you get older the metabolism slows down. Still I will take the weight loss and am glad to have it. My energy level has skyrocket since I cut out those nasty treacherous carbs. As before, i am scared to stop the Induction phase because I don't want to slow down the weight loss. I'd love to hear from you if you've had success going to the next phase.
