Otherwise you need to upload the photo in the same size you want it to appear in the journal post. Then click the square in your journal post that looks like a mini picture of mountains and put the image url in the middle of the code ][ that pops up. If you scroll through my journals you will see posts with pictures maybe about half the time. It's not as complicated as it sounds, but it will probably take some thinking through the first time you do it.
