Turkey sandwich and grapes for quick breakfast. Around 300 calories.

Today I cooked a soup with spinach, broccoli, yellow peas and potatoes in chicken broth. In the second pot is one of my favorites, brown rice with black beans and chicken. Everything is prepared from the scratch. Trying to save money and eat healthy!
