I'm a 61 old male, my weight is 282 and have lost just about 40 pounds in the 5 months through controlling my carb and protein intake and staying from bread products and process foods. I'm somewhat active I do a lot bike riding 10 to 15 miles and walking when my knees don't bother me. I feel better as I lose the weight. I also watch my fat mass and body fat percent.
