I made it for my birthday i don`t count callories but still walk every day my weiht goes down but slowly i go to gym at the weekends

what i understood about callories? best of all eat what you like , avoid fast food and sugar, just eat them sometimes and not to stuck your mind on food! walk daily as much a you can! gym at least once a week! good luck!
