Second Day of Strict 16-8 Intermediate fast. First food today at 10 AM, last ate yesterday at 6 PM. No weight change yet. Goal is to loose 40 lbs in 70 days or 4 lbs per week, very aggressive. Monitoring my glucose with a sensor, and my salt intake, feet swelling etc for signs of heart failure.
I suffer from what I believe is ongoing Vaccine Damage, Maderna booster knocked me over two years ago, ever since I have needed Oxygen.

To much late night sugar. I noticed the 5 lbs 204-209 increases my gut and if i bend over it now takes my breath away. Starting tonight i go on a no sugar diet or 16H water only fast, i need to loose that 5 lbs.

Not eating much, not fasting but close to it. was up to about 214 a couple weeks ago.
