It is also important to eat well after a workout. Gluten-free oatmeal, egg white, cocoa, and avocado.
It may not look very attractive, but it tastes very good to me😋

The more muscle a person has, the more he can eat, since it takes a lot of energy to "maintain" the muscles. Why didn't I know about this before? 🤷♀️
Now that I have more muscle, I can eat a lot.🥩🥚🥗

My breakfast looks boring, but it's very effective before a workout.
Rice and egg white (no fat or fiber) will help me get 100% workout
