Looks like I hit a plateau. I knew it was coming but didn’t think it would be this soon. 😖

Yay! Hit the 10 pound loss goal. It took longer than I expected. Why does it seem so easy to gain ten pounds yet so hard to lose it? It took me 3 1/2 weeks.

I have been trying to wait one week between weigh ins but was worried I wasn’t losing with all my stress over car shopping. I did buy a car so that is done and no longer an excuse for stress eating. Hopefully I will have more time for exercise.

Weigh-in: 216.4 lb

lost so far: 7.8 lb

still to go: 66.4 lb

6.6 pounds? I remember when I would lose 10 pounds the first week of starting a weight loss program . I know it slows down from here but hopefully I can continue to lose. I can’t tell any difference so far.
