Was down in cabo living my best life free from counting calories but still eating a bunch of normal meals and snacks mixed in with some big meals and desserts. We cooked the majority of our meals so lots of eggs, steak, chicken, shrimp and salmon throughout the week. You can't out exercise a bad diet but you can slow the bleeding a bit so I walked 1.5 miles up the mountain to the gym every morning at 6 am lifted for 45 minutes and walked 1.5 miles back and swam lots of laps in the pool. The top pic is the view from the gym but I still missed my basement gym🤣 Im looking a bit squishier then I was last week but we all had a good time enjoyed delicious food and made lots of memories. My son wont stop talking about his new favorite foods fresh ceviche, fried calamari and fish tacos and my daughter loved the multiple ice cream trips and dancing for her birthday on the pirate ship snorkling adventure. A slight detour from your goal is just that a detour.. onto the next adventure have a great weekend everyone
