what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I am 52 and I am 5/4" and I want to be down in the 160's range. I've been all over the map, and have been as low as 112. 130's to 160's for me is right. I am going to try for the bigger number first. I am at 206.7 and started at 222 back in July. I just started the AIP to get rid of inflammation. I hope to lose about 1-2 per week and will work hard to make that happen.

Substitution for Smoothie?
I also can't use Orange Juice. I use simple apple juice. It goes well with fruit and yogurt. I freeze the fruit so that I don't have to put ice in it.
