I knew I was losing weight and I also knew I was retaining water. Suddenly the water retention problem improved and the weight from the water came off, thus in two days three pounds. The only thing different is the high omega 3 capsules I started a week ago to assist deminish the generalized inflammation. If so it sure worked. Was taking 2400 mg but have decreased it as my blood got a bit too thin, so I starting 100 mcg of Vitamin K. A lot going on with all the meds, but I am suceeding very well and am so happy with the results. Today my BMI is 41. When I hit 278 I will be officially below the morbed obese catagory. What a blessing!

I have added high omega 3 capsules to my daily diet regime and like the changes. I was stuck on 291 for over a week and I think this helped lower the inflammation in my body and I am going down again.

Poor sleep is inflammatory. This results in increased fluid retention and thus less apparent weight loss. Losing weight is not just putting the right foods into your mouth, but establishing a good daily routine, getting good length and quality of sleep, elimination as much stress as possible, staying active within your physical abilities and eating a diet that is moderately to highly anti inflammatory. If any of these parameters are not in balance your weight loss and diminished inflammation in your body will be compromised
