About 44 years of age.
Have always been a bit on the heavy side.
Usually have strong will power.
Lack motivation to lose weight.
Currently in a job that keeps me in office until late night (1 am normally). I sleep at about 2 pm for about 7 hours. Diet is irregular in terms of timings.
Alcohol consumption is about 120 ml in a week (normally weekend drinking with friends)
Am really keen to get this 'load' off me and go below 75 kg, something that I've never been able to do.
