singkat cerita , BB bulan Maret 60 kg setelah hampir 1 tahun turun 9 kg , bulan April positif covid , sempat hilang nafsu makan tapi mikirnya yaudah harus sembuh , jadi makan apa aja gak itung kalori dulu , udah gitu minum vitamin penambah nafsu makan , pagi tetep minum air lemon , tetep makan buah juga , minum susu , vitamin dan lain-lain , saat itu juga mau nya makan yang gurih , asin ,, alhasil makan mie instan itu brasa enak bgt , padahal sebelumnya makan mie instan bisa 2 atau 3 bulan sekali , ini sehari bisa 2x ,, trus makan cheetos itu rasanya enak bgt sama nasi 😁 , jadi tiap makan ya pake itu kayak pengganti kerupuk, padahal sebelumnya makan kalo pengen bgt aja , pagi sarapan makan mie instan , siang makan bakso juga , alhasil awal Juni BB naik hampir 6 kg , hari ini nimbang turun 64,8 ,, mulai lagi dari awal defisit kalori nya , semangat capai goals nya .😊😊
