Well, I've had a very up (weight) and mostly down(motivation) period. Hopefully I have now got my mojo back and have a definite aim to be beach-ready for my jollies on 8 September. Lets see if I am all talk or can I achieve my goals.

Had a really poor time with lack of motivation and niggling health problems. Put 8kg or so on but at least I haven't undone all the good.I was 17 kg heavier than my current weight. So, new year, get back on that horse...or in my case the gym,the rowing machine and the especially the pool.

Rubbish week. No motivation to exercise & poor diet. Felt like punishing myself. Still its the start of another month & summer is on its way so back on the plan
