I get so full so quickly now , full to the point where if I bend over I'll probably throw up. I'm worried I'm not getting my 1200 calories in because of this ,doing OMAD has become a mission because of this. I think I'll just stick to intermittent fasting where I give myself an eating window of 4 hours.

Fasted 26hours then went to a buffet with the family...You know what happens when one is faced with many varieties of food, I probably had a taste of everything. Yes my stomach is about to explode but I am am a mere human, who won't let buffet food pass me by🤣🤣
