Lama bgt bb stuck bbrpa bulan dan bingung gmna lg IF udh latihan beban udh defkal udh, dan Pas sblm ramadhan msih stuck d 62an, eh malah lost control ragara masak ini itu terus buat buka dan sahur alhasil smpe lebaran dan hari2 brikutnya jdi deh bb naik mndkti 67 krna badan udh d rasa berat dan cpt capek sering pegel2 mulai back On track lgi dri satu bulan lalu, Alhamdulillah udh turun lg ke 62an, dengan IF + defkal dan wo.

Berkah Idul Adha biasanya Hari² sumber protein dri dada ayam dan tempe , bbrpa hri ini sumber proteinnya dari daging sapi dan daging kambing Alhamdulillah 😊🤭
