Sleep on keto
I seem to be sleeping in my opinion too much. I go to bed anywhere between 11-1 and barely able to drag my self out of before 12:30. That is the latest. It is usually between 10:30 -11:30.This has been going on since after Thanksgiving. If I have to get up I can do it but the day is bad.
I started Keto 1/6/20 which today makes a week. So far I am not seeing a change in my sleeping habits. I am not that active of a person so I am not sleeping to recover from activity. I battled the flu after Christmas, Shingles and kidney stones moving. I know that is a lot but I have done it before and it did not hit me like with sleep.
Any advice is welcomed but please don’t be mean about it. I just came back on here and I am hoping the niceness, friendliness and the helpfulness has not changed.
From before, there were some of the nicest people on here that anyone could ever have hoped for.
