it's been a tough year. I'm hoping to bounce back and get on track in the coming weeks. It's also been a while since I've logged on, so its nice to see some of you achieving your goals. A couple of months feeling unmotivated put me right back to, if not worse than, where i started at the beginning of 2019. Looking to get back to a disciplined diet and a regimented work out plan. Holding myself accountable by diligently logging my food and exercise. Follow along if you'd like. Wishing you all the best in achieving your goals.

This past month has been a real struggle to stay motivated. My diet and exercise have fallen off significantly and it has been tough to get into it. Yesterday i really pushed myself to get back on track. I headed to the gym for 45 mins using the stationary bike and rowing machine for warming up followed by a moderate upper body work out. later on, i again pushed myself to get outside for a run and managed to get in 5km. Feeling better about the day, i was able to motivate myself to get in a meal prep for the week too. feeling positive.
