Yesterday was a very laid back day. I didn't do too much of any thing but sleep. I ate okay. My breakfast was the biggest meal mainly because I slept well into the day and well its time to go groc. shopping again. My lunch was pretty light and the snack was fulfilling.
As far as exercising, I did the 30 day shred and that was it. I'm just trying to keep some activity going even on the laid back, lazy days. Today I plan on basically staying on track and doing the shred and walk about 30 min. I don't want to mess up cuz I am finally approaching the end of phase 1. Today will make day 8 of fat smash. I extended it until I could do 9 days straight so GO ME!!!lol. One more day and then I can eat some meat! Yaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!! In moderation of course:)

I didn't get to exercise yesterday. I just kept putting it off until the day was gone. Guess that's why its best to do it in the AM if you can. I ate the right kinds of food yesterday, but I didn't eat the recommended meals. Only ate a snack, lunch and a very light dinner. Actually everything was light yesterday since I had a lot on my mind. So I woke up hungrier than a mug this morning! Mind over matter. Got to keep pushing.
I plan on exercising today and taking a 30 minute walk/jog today to make up for yesterday. Depending on how I feel after today I may add that extra 30 into my regular routine.

Thankful for the loss. If I would have strictly followed it in the beginning maybe it would have been more. But I am happy for every pound lost.

Yesterday 6/18 was good. I missed breakfast, but tried to add an extra snack in. I also exercised today, 30 day shred, still kicking my butt. I am proud I'm still going though. My weigh in is Sunday. Wonder what the scale will say especially since I messed up a couple of days, but I've gotten back on track and going strong. Go Me!!! I'm extending Phase 1 a few days since I messed up a bit. Almost to Phase 1 finish line though. I think I can. I think I can:)

Today was good. I ate pretty good and within the guidelines of the fat smash. Still in Phase 1 because I couldn't fully commit at first, but I'm on the road again. I feel good. I also got some walking done about 50 mins. Didn't have a pedometer, but I assume it was at least a mile if not more. Time to prepare for the day. Planning has helped me alot with my meals.
