Terrible day, but I recorded what I ate so I could get a real view of the junk and calories I'm consuming. Doesn't look so good when you see an overview of all the junk you've eaten. Seeing things in a new light, I could have eaten a lot more fulfilling foods and not even come close to the amount of calories I ate today. Not good.

Ok I'm ready to get back on my grind. Day 1 on fat smash. My plan is to do 7-9 days on Phase 1, then progress on. Starting over because its recommended that I do so and not continue on phase2 where I left off. Lets get this weight off, back on this tedious journey!

I am going downhill and not in a good way. Need some motivation. Have not exercised or watched what I've been eating. Need some help.

I'm just all wrong. Having a hard time getting back on track. I was doing so good at first. I have to get back motivated. I still have 50 lbs to go so I need to get on track really bad.
