Well its been a couple of days since i wrote in here...I have comment on a few journals tho...and just happy to see peeps doing well.
Well lets see what i have been doing the past few days...work, kids, work, kids, work, kids...do we see a pattern? LOL But today day off...Wooo hooo...soooo kids up since 6am...popped on here for a bit, to check in and look at some recipes...and in about an hour i am off to the grocery store...which i hate however i am excited to try some peeps recipes on here. And later I will put my workout in.

Here i am again...it just seems like a freakin' roller coaster...one day committ...maybe go along for a week or two...then i freakin' stop again...grrrrrrr drives me crazy...Sure life gets in the way...it always does...I thought i was back "a couple of months ago" and i was and then life happened...Peeps drama became overwhelming...my life became overwhelming...i got mono again...seriously its crazy...mono like 8 times in two years. I am gonna try this all over again stay focus...commit to being here...commit to excercising.
So here we go again with the goals:
1. workout 6 days a week - for right now HHA (Hip Hop Abs)
2. Treadmill - 6 days a week - i guess i am gonna start with 30 mins a day - sounds reasonable i think
3. Eating Clean
4. Drinking lots of H2O
5. Checking in...whether posting or journal writing
6. Hopefully finding some buddies to keep my butt in check!

Well fell off the wagon again..Grrr. Too much has been happening in the past couple of weeks. Mom was in the hospital...helping peepz cope with some stuff...work has been extremely busy - almost to the point that i am not liking my position after all these years - and i am thinking of moving on. I am ok at my weight...sure i want to get to my goal however its not do or die...I eat pretty eating healthy but my committment to six days of workout is where i failed...well time to back on that horse...my mom is doing ok still not out of the woods but better...so now i can get my butt back on track!
