Oh dear not a good week... I knew it wouldn't be.. I think its because I have been going out on my break at work for a smoke instead of eating at a ressonable time.. so totally missed out on not eating after 7:30pm.. I am failing this week.. Never mind I brought some weight watcher meals for me to have before I go to work so hopefully no excuses from here on in... I only have those for the evenings I work.. I have work tonight, weds/thurs/Saturday then not in again until Wednesday next week.
Get into a routine and get myself in gear :)
Here is to a new week and more hard work for me being good :)

Phew... I don't know if I will have lost this week but I have started work and work evenings so not getting proper meals at the moment more snacking on sandwiches etc.. I hope to get into a routine this weekend and next week.. I haven't even had time to track with doing the house work, looking after the kids and Mom then going to work.. I will find time for this eventually.
