Grocery list
Am about to go grocery shopping for myself. I want to lose 2 lbs this week. Taking it one week at a time. I need a good grocery list to help me make good healthy meals. I have no idea what to buy.
And am on a budget.

Need Help!!!!!!!
Thanks y'all for your replies. The babies are great. My mum has been with us since they were born and she does practically everything. They are in good hands and am not worried about them at all. They even sleep through the night now.
My concern is my weight that I cant seem to get under control. With only one income, a mortgage and 3 kids under 4, My husband is doing all he can for us all. So I cant afford to eat special diets and buy protein shakes and low fat stuff like I used to cuz we are not all on the same page when it comes to trying to lose weight. So I have a big challenge.
Mummydee, i will make my meals public as soon as I post this.

Need Help!!!!!!!
I had twins 4 months ago and lost most of the pregnancy weight in 6 weeks now ive gained much more because I stopped exercising due to headaches from high blood pressure and the fact that am studying all day for a very stressful exam. I thot I could do only dieting but it didn't work for me cuz I got busy and stared eating whatever.
Now I want to find my way again and I need encouragement and ideas on how to make it work.
I am currently unemployed so I cant afford expensive plans and diets. I will try to exercise 30mins a day everyday but I really need a push and someone I can talk to and show my meals to, to see what am doing wrong.
