I haven't done good at all. Went on vaca to New Orleans ate fatty foods and sweets. Then came home got sick for a week.. after feeling better was so hungry bc I wasn't eating when sick... I went crazy... I stopped chewing gum.. bc I want to stay away from the splenda and other fake sugars they put in it.
So I have been real psycho at eating candy with "real" sugar. Like Now and Laters and Life Savers... I need to stop the SUGAR!!!
I can't belive I have gained 6 pounds. Also I haven't gone to the gym for the past month. I just went back today and I could barely work out for 15 mins... I am so out of it......
I went back to the gym today and I hope to stop the sugar and cut it out of my daily life!

I joined a gym. We work out for an hour to 1 1/2 hours a day.
My husband and I go nearly every day after work.
It's a great stress reliever.
I still am wanting to drink a coke a cola everyday at work though. I feel I need it to stay awake.
I just recently got over from my period. I crave so much sweet stuff it scarry. But I have been good otherwise. My husband and I cut back on the munchies, but we usually have an vanilla ice cream cone at diary queen once a week or two.
But so far I am proud of my self.

I have been successful of cutting out the usually candies and sugars for about a week now. However on the weekend I get a vanilla cone from Diary Queen. My husband and I are going to join a guy tomrrow. Until next time.

Today was my first day on the anti sugar diet. I didn't do good.
I was following asleep at work. So I drank a pop and had a sniker bar.
