Day 9, So the past few days I have not been adding my weigh ins or journals as I have been bad with my diet. I eat a pizza then red robin. It all went south for me. But we are heading to florida in 20 days. I need to lose a dress size if not two. Currently I am a 14/16 I would like to get down to a 12 at least which means anywhere from 10-15lbs of weight in 20 days. This is gonna be tough, but i am ready! Wish me luck.

Day 6, Better then usual compared to day 1-5. I lost an additional 2 lbs. Felt great to wake up and see the difference on the scale. I felt very energized and ready to take over the world. Now lets see if I can keep up the great attitude. Lets go 4.5 lbs to meet my first goal.

Day 4, Off to a good start this morning until my job decided to buy lunch for everyone... Subs all around plus a nice holiday big cookie. That's when everything went down hill. Came home and pigged out on rice and a sandwich with popcorn as a snack. Bad, bad and bad. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. I am going to go do some warm up exercises in my room. Later all...wish me luck for a better tomorrow.

Day 3, Started off rough. Its appreciation week at my job, so ours boss is giving away gifts, food and candy. I tried so hard to stay away but brought my diet concentration and ate some candy. Then I had some rice and tamales for dinner. I skipped going to the gym since I was not feeling good. This is not a good start to my new diet. I feel so bad for eating that junk. I think I am just going to get in the car and head to the gym right now.

Day 2: I am trying to stay strong. Drinking lots of water, I think I woke up four times last night just to use the restroom. Probably a sign I should stop drinking water a few hours before I go to bed. That should be fairly easy. Now the biggest challenge is not eating junk food. Lots of veggies and fruits. Hopefully I can make it today.
