Last year I weighed 300lbs, it it now April I weigh 182lbs it's been hard gave up a lot of carbs.,bread, candy,pizza, all the good things. I found keeping busy is my key, being disabled can't exercise very much. So I do a lot writing,making journals,paperwork,coloring. Things I like to do. I keep a food diary,if I am watching the amount of cal, fat, carbs. This keeps me aware of what I am eating. This works for me. I WILL NEVER WEIGH THAT MUCH EVER AGAIN I HAVE WORKED TOO HARD TO STOP NOW.THANKS Nattybun
