Looking to improve health after bout of mercury poisoning. Attempting to combine mediterainian diet with Wahls Prodical. Wahls is a very restrictive diet so I,m eliminating things one by one. So far dairy. Next will probably be gluton. The lady who designed this diet reversed a very progessed stage of MS. If I can handle all of the many restrictions I think I can reverse my neuropathy. My problems pale in comparison to those this woman and many of her patients have reversed. You have to eat ten cups (not servings) of vegetables a day on this diet. So far I'm having trouble eating half that, but I'm very determined. I am an older lady retired and living in Houston.
