Tomorrow is my weigh in day. Actually looking forward to it. I need to find a way to eat something for breakfast. I have a bad habit of drinking a ton of coffee and then nothing else till lunch. I have added a snack around 10am, usually some peanuts. I know it would be much better if I actually ate a little something for breakfast. How do you all do it???

I've been gone for a long while. A lot has happened in my life. My weight went back up for a little while, but I've worked real hard and gotten it back down. I'm glad to be back and look forward to everyone and hearing about their results.

I'm a bad bad girl. Been 2 weeks since I've been around. Started with the California State Fair, and spiralled into a whole week of debauchary. Well I'm back now!!! Back to phase 1, I realize that I love phase 1. Every time I move into phase 2 some "beep" happens. I'm scared to weigh myself, I'm thinking the worst. Cross you fingers!!

Haha!!!Made it through the weekend, went out to eat 3 nights in a row. And yes, for the first time in a long time, I didn't gain over the 3 days. I can say that I actually made things work for me. Drank a ton of water each time out & that really helped me keep control of my portions. For once I didn't eat every morsel on my plate. I grew up not allowed to leave the dinner table until every bite of food on my plate was eaten. Also, I always ate my veggies first. Hopefully this week on phase 2 goes well. Got my snacks planned, so we'll see......
