Start date Sunday 6th March 2016 after many attempts and falls. Not expecting to do this without some bumps but I am hoping that instead of making them huge falls that I never seem to recover from,they will stay to just being bumps and I can get up and and continue on my merry way.
First mini goal of 5 kg (111 kg)
