Only 663kcal! Low carb, high protein. Air-fried (in coconut oil) chicken wings, veggie stir fry and my homemade stock with vermicelli and spinach. So nutritious and filling!

730 cal! Dinner tonight is Longanisa, riced cauliflower mixed with a bit of Garlic fried Jasmine rice and egg. Of course I need my glass of wine too ☺️. Day 2 of this new diet and I’m on track!
