how do I excersize?
Agree with above and here is one more....how friend of mine started...She was getting confused with all that pro-talk on the internet and at the end she was just about to give up...HOWEVER....we found some easy to do Pilates exercise and she LOVED IT!
It was GAIAM (company), Pilates (mat workout for beginners) by Ana Caban. She said to me..."I LOVE IT...I don't move my butt off the floor...yet, still counts as exercising".... and it does. I tried it myself and you do exercise....soon into it...video was too easy for her and she moved onto more complicated stuff.
Just a thought....in case you want to start really easy.

How does YOUR weight come off?
I weigh in weekly...same day, same time, same clothing.
For me it takes 2 weeks to show...when I'm good (and stay good) it'll take two weeks to see 1 to maximum 2 pounds loss. Other way around as well..if I'm bad....it'll take 2 weeks for scale to show it.
Since I started FS...i've seen 0.2 lbs loos to 2 pounds...but when I loose only 0.2...I'm still happy...that is 0.2 lbs I already lost...I don't have to loose them "again" this week.

It is there - avocados or guacamole (if you are "dipping"...no pun intended).
P.S. Good reminder to do your math before you indulge....I did same mistake few times (altough...with soy beans) ... only to have a heart attack when I saw how many calories I wasted!

changing meals settings to 5-6 meals a day ??? help
If you find it - let me know! I have a same issue....altogh...I just extra on my lunch or dinner...so it look like I am complete pig (for lack of better word)...managing to stuff things that don't go togehter into same meal (cereal and fish) .
but total is ok...so, I don't care what lunch/ dinner looks like...

what did you give up?
Same as JerseyGril30...regular pasta...cream and sugar in my coffee. That is about it. Everything else is same (including chocolate and ice cream) but portions are controled.
Altough....chocolate and ice cream - had to control with me. I still slip occasionally and eat way more then one serving.
