I've been heavier than I care to be for a few years now. My weight led to the inevitable Hispanic disease, diabetes.
I have always been very active, but my yo-yo weight has always been an issue. I was a competive USCF cyclist in my past life so my goal is to return to that state of health.
Doing my first Century in over 15 years this October. Scary thought since 20 to 30 miles right now is giving me a pretty bad beat down! I know how to lose weight, I actually like working out, I just have to stick to it!
237lbs now, my goal is at least 205 before the race. Just in time for snow boarding season too ;)
