I am proud of myself for following my diet so closely today! I only went over because I just had to dip my chicken in ranch dressing! If I absolutely have to do it, I should probably buy light or fat-free. Let's see what the scale says tomorrow morning! Now if only I had time to get on the bike before bed!

DAMN YOU GOLDEN CORRAL! DAMN YOU! Of course Rob wanted to eat at Golden Corral last night for dinner... I guess I really didn't do too bad, at least I thought...after I added it all up, I was disgusted. But I did start out with a salad...got grilled chicken instead of fried. Green beans, mac and cheese, dinner roll, chocolate cake...well you get the picture. It's a buffet for crying out loud. I was still neg cals by the end of the night, so that's good and I was down .4 lbs this morning, but it could have been more had I not eaten so much at dinner. Back to the grind today!
